(1）模拟上课，顾名思义，就是模仿真实课堂教学，它与真实课堂教学根本不同点，就是没有学生。
（2）模拟上课虽不是真实课堂教学，但其所有程序和要求都是相同的，如完整的教学设计(导入，过程，反馈、总结等)，情境和问题的创设及运用，对学生的评价(假设学生对或错的回答或见解)，教学方法和教学手段(包括多媒体)的选择和运用，各阶段时间分配。
